Some feedback lands. Most doesn't. Here's the difference.

Some feedback is forgotten the moment it's given. Other feedback shapes someone's behavior for years. The difference isn't the relationship or the seniority, but whether the feedback was intentional, specific, and delivered in a way that actually works.

Most of us were never taught how to do that. We wing it, we soften it too much, we delay it until it's too late and then we replay the conversation in our head, wondering if we said the right thing.

This free 5-Day Challenge gives you the tools to change that. Each day, one short email. One concrete technique. One thing you can try that same day.

I'm Ready — Let's Go →

Hey there, we're doing this together!

I spent 9 years at McKinsey, where feedback isn't a nice-to-have, but a daily discipline. I was trained in it as a consultant, taught it as faculty in our internal programs, and coached colleagues on how to give it so it lands and leads to action.

Since leaving as Associate Partner in 2019, I've built my own practice around the skills that matter most in leadership in today's world of disruption. Over the past years, more than 10,000 professionals have come through my training programs and feedback is one of the topics that hits closest to home.

This challenge is built from everything I learned in those rooms: what works, what doesn't, and what actually makes feedback stick. Let's work on this together!
